9th September 2010
Windsurfing: felixstowe
Wind Direction: wsw
Wind Stength: F 4- 5
Surf / Sea State: rough/flat
Air Temperature: OK
Sea Temperature: OK
Weather: warm dry
Max Speed: 25.15 (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: 8.3 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

Checked out 3 locations flyuders OK, but no one their, then dip with a quite few out. started to rig but I seemed to have killed their wind as it swung off! didn't fancy the 200M no wind band. Left!!
Went to manor and same as dip sailors on 6.5/5.7, but wind closer to shore - but head said 7.0M / 125L, followed the guys and rigged 6.5M...another bad call no power yet the others were flying. Rig 7.0M and 145L and it was perfect. By 2.30 the water flattened and had great runs. Didn't bother with speed as the tide ripped with wind, so all power was used to keep high, so no broad runs. Nick I ended down the pier and faced a long walk, but got a lift back. The flattish water on low tide was amazingly smooth, if only the wind stayed up. Good sail though. Stayed up on all gybes bar one in no wind so good performance
